Data collected and purposes

We only collect data that you provide to us voluntarily, as well as data that is strictly necessary for the website to function.

Contact form
Data collected: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, content of the message.
Purpose: to respond to your request for information and, where appropriate, to follow up on your property project.
Legal basis: your consent, and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Mandatory fields: Fields marked as mandatory are required to process your enquiry. If these are not completed, we will be unable to act on your enquiry.

Site navigation
Data collected: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of connection.
Purpose: to ensure the security of the website, prevent misuse and compile visitor statistics.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in ensuring the smooth operation and security of the service.

Retention periods

Data submitted via the contact form is retained for three years from the date of our last contact with you, after which it is deleted.

When a contractual relationship is established, data is retained for the duration of that relationship and then archived for the duration of the applicable legal obligations, in particular those relating to accounting and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

Log files are retained for twelve months.

Recipients

Your data will be accessed only by authorised personnel at FAIR CONSEIL & SERVICES, within the limits of their remit.

They may be disclosed to our technical service providers, in particular our web hosting provider, who act on our instructions and solely on our behalf. They may also be passed on to professionals involved in the implementation of your project, such as a solicitor, where necessary.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Accommodation and transfers

The data is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, on servers located within the European Union. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
